(3 Ingredient) Banana White Chocolate Cookies
Healthy with a dash of chocolate.
Move over banana bread, these cookies are the new snacks to make with overripe bananas. This recipe only has 3 ingredients. No flour, no egg, no baking soda, no yaada-yada-yadaaa. Just bananas, quick oats and white chocolate chips. Easy to make and too easy to eat.
Great for a breakfast treat, afternoon cuppa and it’s also super kid friendly to make.
Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 2 overripe bananas
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup white chocolate
- 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable or coconut oil.
Method
- MASH the bananas and then mix the oats in a bowl. Let is soak in for around 5 minutes.
- ADD in the white chocolate chips and oil.
- MAKE small balls by rolling a spoonful of the mix in your hand, then flatten. These won’t rise so make the cookies the size you want them to be.
- BAKE for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees until golden.

Tips
- Overripe bananas are the key as they are sweeter and softer. Black spots welcomed!
- Let the oats soak in with the bananas before adding the oil. You’ll be surprised how much liquid there is in the bananas.
- Quick oats are easier to use as they are thinner and more absorbent. If you have regular oats that’s ok too, you may want to blend them in a Nutribullet just to make them more fine.
